3. Installation Guide

1. Clean the guide rail: Before installation, please ensure that the upper and lower guide grooves of the refrigerator are free of debris and no standing water.

2. Identifying Directions: Check the front of the glass door (usually with an ITO label or terminal facing outward).

3. Embedding Positioning: First, push the glass door diagonally into the upper guide rail, align it, then lower it vertically so that the bottom pulley is securely placed into the lower guide rail groove.

4. Smooth debugging: Push and pull left and right several times to check whether the door is placed horizontally, slides smoothly, and the sealing strips are tightly fitted.

5. Wiring (electric heating only): Strictly follow the circuit diagram and connect the input wire to the freezer power supply (pay attention to voltage matching, usually 24V/36V).

4. Daily maintenance and cleaning

· Please use a soft damp cloth and neutral detergent to wipe the glass and frame; never use steel wool or strong acidic or alkaline chemical solvents.

· Regularly clean dust and foreign objects inside the guide rails, and apply an appropriate amount of silicone oil lubricant to the pulleys to maintain smooth operation.
