Premium Raw Sheets, Precision Cutting

We source high-grade float glass and ultra-clear low-iron glass from China's leading manufacturers. Every sheet undergoes incoming inspection before entering our CNC automatic cutting line, which scores and breaks with ±0.5mm accuracy. For complex contours, a high-pressure waterjet center handles any shape without thermal stress.
Forced Convection Tempering, Multi-Curvature Mastery

This is our signature capability. Forced convection furnaces heat glass uniformly to 600°C+ before rapid cooling, achieving 4-5× strength increase and safe fracture patterns compliant with EN 12150. Our bending tempering line handles multi-radius curves — from gentle arcs to deep U-bends — with ±1.0mm tolerance, enabling curved wine cooler doors, cylindrical displays, and designer appliance fronts.
Automated IG Assembly, Functional Coatings In-House

Our fully automatic IG line integrates spacer application, desiccant filling, Argon gas injection (≥90% fill rate), and sealing in one continuous flow. Double and triple-pane configurations — with optional Low-E coatings — reduce heat transfer by up to 50%. For freezer door applications, our in-house ITO coating deposits a transparent conductive layer that provides uniform electrical heating for crystal-clear anti-fog performance down to -25°C.
100% Inspection, Zero Compromise

Quality is embedded at every stage — incoming material checks, in-process dimensional control, post-tempering fragmentation tests, IG dew point sampling, and final 100% visual inspection. Our in-house lab is equipped for thickness measurement, light transmittance testing, ITO resistance verification, and thermal shock resistance evaluation. Every shipment is photographed and archived for traceability.
