· Installation:

1. Clip Positioning: Insert the matching stainless steel shelf clips into the positioning slots at identical heights on the four interior pilasters (or tracks) of the freezer.

2. Horizontal Placement: Place the wire shelf steadily onto the four clips. Gently press down on the four corners of the shelf to confirm it is fully seated, level, and wobble-free.

3. Ticket Rail Mounting (Optional): If price display is required, simply snap the dedicated plastic price tag rail onto the front wire of the shelf.

· ⚠️ Load Safety Rules:

o DO NOT overload: Strictly adhere to the maximum weight limit specified for the shelf. Uniformly distributed load: When placing items, please distribute the weight evenly across the surface. Avoid concentrating heavy objects in the absolute center of the shelf to prevent physical deformation from localized excessive stress.

V、 Cleaning & Maintenance

· Cleaning:

o It is recommended to periodically (weekly or bi-weekly) remove the shelves, wipe them clean with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth, and reinstall them after they are completely dry.

· Crucial Cautions:

o NEVER use sharp abrasives: Do not use steel wool, stiff brushes, or sharp tools during cleaning. If the external protective plastic layer is scratched or breached, the inner steel wire will be exposed to the high-humidity environment, causing rapid oxidation and rust. Avoid strong acids, alkalis, or aggressive bleaching chemicals on the coated surface.
